Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform that is rapidly growing through a roll-up strategy. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring across core operational functions, acting as a strategic partner to the business and influencing hiring decisions as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (kickoff → offer → close)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, profiles, and hiring strategy
- Drive high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches
- Ensure a fast, structured, and high-bar interview process (clear ownership, fast feedback, strong candidate experience)
- Act as a strategic advisor — challenge assumptions, calibrate candidates, and influence hiring decisions
- Build and refine hiring frameworks, processes, and interview standards as we scale
- Maintain strong ATS discipline (Greenhouse), ensuring high-quality data and structured evaluation
- Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operations roles
Skills
- 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or in a hybrid (agency + in-house) environment
- Strong business partnering mindset — you can influence and challenge stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- High ownership and accountability — you push things forward and close roles
- Strong judgment on candidate quality (both capability and culture fit)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to hiring (pipeline management, conversion, quality)
- Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience hiring for operations / business roles in scaling companies
- Background in startups, scale-ups, or operationally complex environments
- Exposure to real estate, marketplaces, logistics, or similar industries
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies
