The Student Success Coach at careerzynith is a customer-focused, education-minded professional responsible for supporting students throughout their academic program. Working remotely from a dedicated home office, you will serve as a trusted mentor, motivator, and resource liaison for a group of assigned students. Your primary responsibility is to coach students through the challenges of higher education, empower them to develop lifelong learning skills, and ensure they have a quality educational experience from enrollment through graduation.
This role requires frequent phone-based communication as well as responsiveness to inquiries submitted through internal systems. Coaches are expected to maintain a high level of engagement with each student in their caseload, conducting proactive outreach, providing encouragement during difficult moments, and connecting students with the appropriate resources across various departments within careerzynith.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position that requires a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions. The Student Success Coach role at careerzynith follows a structured 40-hour work week with an assigned schedule. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CDT, and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT. We proudly hire Student Success Coaches from all time zones across the United States, provided they have full availability during our hours of operation in support of our students.
