This role involves supporting digital commerce, customer experience, and marketing technology platforms by partnering with business stakeholders, designing solutions, and troubleshooting complex issues to enhance customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements, evaluate options, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives
- Design, configure, test, implement, and support application enhancements and integrations
- Serve as a primary support resource for digital commerce, marketing, customer service, and international business applications
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and vendors
- Monitor application performance, integrations, and data flows to ensure system reliability and operational stability
- Support project delivery activities including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Analyze data, application performance, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and knowledge resources
- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities
- Other related duties as assigned or as opportunities for growth arise
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, software implementation, or enterprise application development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting customer-facing applications and integrated enterprise systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- APIs and system integrations (Apigee preferred)
- SQL and data analysis
- ECOM, Analytics, Testing, Reporting and Marketing tools (Splunk, Postman, GA4, Tealium, Tableau, Feedonomics, etc.)
