They are seeking a Sr. Product Manager who will own critical workflows, drive product outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the resident experience through AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portion of the Senior Living products
- Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility, including product functionality and how the product creates value for the customer and user
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders on how to improve
- Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively
- Manage products through the full development lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points
- Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment
- Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible
- Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases
- Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers
- Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert
- Understand competitive landscape
- Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or computer engineering
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience
- Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus
- Experience working with Cloud - Azure hosted environments
- Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Agile practices
- Experience managing SaaS products
