Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LHH is a company seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for a fully remote role. The position focuses on payment application, chargeback resolution, analysis, and proactive follow-up on accounts.
Responsibilities
- Cash Application: Apply customer payments from portals, EDI, and email; post accurately and timely within the ERP system
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Review, code, and document chargebacks
- Gather supporting documentation across portals, reports, and internal teams
- Initiate, track, and resolve disputes while communicating clearly with customers
- Account Management: Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies end-to-end
- Manage aging reports and follow up on past-due balances (primarily via email)
- Issue credit memos as needed
- Billing: Create and send customer statements
- Create advanced Excel reports
Skills
- 5+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) with extensive experience using Amazon Vendor Central
- Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills - including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
- Experience working in a publicly traded company preferred
