They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the adoption of a next-generation identity platform, working closely with enterprise prospects throughout the technical sales process.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements for enterprise customers
- Partner with sales teams throughout the technical evaluation process to drive successful customer outcomes
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell engagements with strategic partners, including AWS and Okta
- Support customer integrations, technical evaluations, and implementation discussions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, feedback, and implementation challenges
- Help transition successful enterprise pilots into signed customer engagements
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
Skills
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise software
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, technical evaluations, or customer demonstrations
- Experience supporting customer integrations and technical evaluations
- Understanding of identity, security, or infrastructure technologies
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills with experience leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders
- Experience supporting co-sell initiatives with cloud or identity providers such as AWS, Okta, or Auth0
- Experience supporting customers in regulated industries
