Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility. They are seeking a Social Media & Content Intern to support content creation and social media execution, working closely with the Senior Manager of Social Media.
Responsibilities
- Support content calendar planning and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create short-form video, graphics, and captions that are on-brand and platform-native, using AI creative tools (CapCut, Canva, Claude) to move faster and iterate more
- Use AI tools to assist with trend research and social listening, surfacing what's working in health, wellness, and adjacent categories
- Monitor trends, viral moments, and platform updates and bring a POV on where Maven should show up
- Conduct competitive research on how peer brands show up across social channels
- Help organize and maintain creative assets and content libraries
Skills
- Genuine fluency in Instagram and TikTok with an understanding of what performs and why
- Hands-on comfort with AI creative tools (ChatGPT for copy, Canva for visuals, CapCut for video)
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Familiarity with Sprout Social, Figma, or similar tools
