[Remote] Social Media & Community Manager

Dataworks is a fast-growing consumer challenger brand seeking an Organic Social Manager & Community Manager to enhance their TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube Reels presence. The role involves building and executing organic social strategies, engaging with the community, and producing content that resonates with the brand's audience.

Responsibilities

• Owning TikTok strategy and execution
• Leading community engagement and brand voice
• Testing content rapidly and iterating fast
• Creating and editing content directly
• Working closely with brand leadership in a high-growth environment
• Helping shape the next phase of a brand that has scaled from ~$8M to $130M revenue in just over 4 years
