They are seeking a high-output Senior US IT Recruiter who can consistently deliver 50+ quality submissions per month while maintaining strict compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 50+ qualified candidate submissions per month
- Expert sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS)
- Full candidate management in Ceipal ATS
- Rigorous screening and document verification
- Build pipelines for AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity & Data Engineering roles
- Partner with US account managers on client requirements
- Maintain strict compliance standards (zero tolerance for shortcuts)
- Track personal metrics and pipeline velocity
Skills
- 3–5+ years of hands-on US IT staffing or technical recruiting experience
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS)
- Expert-level experience with Ceipal ATS
- Proven ability to hit high submission volume (50+ per month) with strong quality metrics
- Strong understanding of US visas, contract models (W2/C2C), and compliance requirements
- Excellent English communication and ability to overlap with US time zones
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Agency experience preferred
