They are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support and enhance operational workflows, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and lead technical initiatives to align solutions with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and recommend effective system solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documentation
- Facilitate solution design discussions and support testing, implementation, and deployment activities
- Lead and support technical projects through planning, coordination, communication, and implementation
- Manage the business intake process for technology requests, enhancements, reporting needs, and operational improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with organizational objectives
- Perform data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations and decision-making
- Troubleshoot complex system and data issues, including integrations with applications, databases, and third-party platforms
- Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and provide end-user training and support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or related IT roles
- Experience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processes
- Experience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data management concepts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to travel locally needed to attend meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively with people/groups in multiple settings within and outside the organization
- Ability to effectively utilize existing and emerging technology to achieve required results
- Ability to transport moderately heavy objects up to 25 pounds
