Metric Geo is a multi-award-winning engineering firm with offices across the East Coast, seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their land development team. The role involves managing various development projects, ensuring effective communication with clients, and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
Skills
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in any East Coast State
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development - residential and commercial
- 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
