Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, including deep learning-based architectures (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs). Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various downstream tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, question answering, and text generation. Develop robust data pipelines for cleaning, preprocessing, and augmenting large text corpora. Evaluate and benchmark NLP model performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into client products and services. Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP research and apply them to solve challenging problems. Contribute to the development of internal NLP tools and libraries. Mentor junior engineers and share expertise within the team. Requirements Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP research and development. Proven expertise in building and deploying production-level NLP models. Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
