Confidential is an established B2B organization seeking an experienced marketing leader to oversee all marketing strategy and execution across the United States and Canada. The role is responsible for driving commercial growth, developing a high-performing team, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the North American marketing strategy across the United States and Canada
- Oversee all regional marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Build, coach, mentor, and develop a collaborative, high-performing marketing team
- Create an environment of accountability, trust, continuous learning, and shared success
- Partner with senior leadership, Sales, Product, Operations, and global stakeholders to influence business strategy and commercial outcomes
- Manage marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities while maximizing return on investment
- Drive digital marketing excellence across demand generation, marketing automation, CRM, content, analytics, social media, SEO/SEM, and customer engagement
- Establish clear priorities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure flawless execution across multiple initiatives
- Use data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
- Lead organizational change with confidence, resilience, and a people-first approach
Skills
- Significant experience leading B2B marketing organizations across North America
- Experience working successfully in both high-growth/start-up environments and large, global Fortune 500 or similarly complex organizations
- Demonstrated success building, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Deep expertise in modern digital marketing, marketing technology, CRM, analytics, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus, momentum, and accountability
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or advanced degree
