- Experience in healthcare recruiting
- Experience in agency recruiting
- Experience in search firm recruiting
- Experience in permanent placement recruiting
- Experience in full-desk recruiting
- Experience in headhunting / outbound sourcing
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with commission income
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Enjoy working the phone
- Understanding that recruiting is a production role
- Willingness to work 40+ hours per week
- Ability to manage multiple searches at once
- Expect to make 50+ outbound calls per day
- Ability to proactively identify, research, source, and recruit candidates
