This role involves full-cycle recruiting for strategic positions, partnering with sales leadership, and utilizing modern recruiting technologies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) positions, including:
- Account Executives (New Business & Enterprise)
- Solutions Engineers / Sales Engineers
- Other revenue-generating commercial roles
- Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and VP-level leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by leveraging hiring data, market intelligence, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent through creative sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent communities
- Manage complex offer negotiations involving base salary, on-target earnings (OTE), and equity compensation
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while balancing multiple high-priority searches across the United States
- Utilize modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
- Forecast hiring timelines, monitor recruiting metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity
Skills
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting within a global SaaS or enterprise technology company
- Proven success recruiting: Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Engineers / Pre-Sales Engineers
- Experience partnering directly with executive-level hiring managers (Senior Manager through VP level)
- Strong understanding of: Sales compensation plans, OTE structures, Commission plans, Equity (RSU) negotiations
- Data-driven recruiting approach with experience analyzing recruiting funnels, forecasting hiring timelines, and reporting recruiting metrics
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload in a fully remote environment spanning multiple U.S. time zones
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations with aggressive hiring goals
- Creative sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying passive talent
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative recruiting skills
