They are seeking a Senior Digital Strategist and Growth Lead to contribute to client marketing strategies and coordinate internal initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support digital marketing strategies for client programs
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives across channels such as search, advertising, email, content, and social platforms
- Collaborate with the ArtForm team to coordinate campaign execution and monitor performance
- Use analytics and research to recommend improvements and identify opportunities for greater impact
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Work closely with strategists, designers, developers, and production staff to ensure initiatives stay aligned with strategic goals
- Help maintain clarity on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across marketing programs
- Project manage ArtForm’s internal marketing initiatives including content, campaigns, thought leadership, and visibility efforts
- Help maintain alignment between internal marketing initiatives and business development priorities
- Support efforts that strengthen ArtForm’s positioning and outreach
- Collaborate with the internal sales team by coordinating marketing activities that support awareness and lead development
- Help organize marketing resources that support proposals, outreach, and sales conversations
- Look for opportunities to improve how marketing initiatives are organized, executed, and measured
- Recommend new approaches, tools, or technologies that improve marketing performance and team productivity
- Help evaluate and introduce emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, that enhance insight and efficiency
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or marketing operations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy and execution plans
- Experience coordinating complex marketing initiatives involving multiple channels or stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including advertising, content marketing, search, email, and analytics
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and recommend strategic adjustments
- Experience coordinating work across designers, developers, strategists, and content teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a marketing agency or consulting environment
- Experience marketing to B2B audiences or government contracting organizations
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or analytics tools
- Experience coordinating marketing initiatives that support business development or sales
- Interest in emerging marketing technologies, including AI-enabled marketing tools
