The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, serving as a subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support
- Serving as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding, including requisition and candidate management, job application flows, offer and hiring processes, onboarding journeys, and preboarding workflows
- Partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate hiring and onboarding strategies into scalable Oracle solutions aligned to best practices
- Facilitating design workshops, supporting testing cycles, and resolving functional issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules
- Supporting reporting and analytics needs, and developing documentation and training materials
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of end-to-end candidate lifecycle and onboarding experience solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
- Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed
