Remote, Senior Azure Engineer - Full Time (Candidates must be located in EST/CST Time Zone)

Candidates must be located in EST/CST Time Zone) Minimum 13+ years experience required Duties & Responsibilities •Perform the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and management of cloud resources in Azure, including detailed application setup, deployments, configurations, and optimization/tuning •Administer Azure resources by adjusting Cloud services sizing and subscription based on Cloud Compute, Storage, Database and Network utilization •Coordinate with the enterprise, infrastructure, application architecture and development teams to design, test and implement both cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions •Provide technology solutions that support business needs, technical requirements and established IT standards and guidelines •Review implementations against established standards and best practices and identify gaps and improvement opportunities •Develop and implement solutions and procedures that minimize cost, redundancy, manual effort, and rework Experience/Education Required •BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related subject; or equivalent real-world experience •Experience administering servers, databases or cloud platforms •Awareness of Azure concepts and topology, including •Azure cloud offerings •Azure networking •Application/Perimeter security •Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings •Azure Kubernetes Service •Azure SQL •Azure Functions •Azure Monitor •Service Bus •Application Gateway •Sentinel •CDN •Key Vault •Containers and Container Orchestration •Application Delivery/Load Balancing •Virtualized Servers (IaaS) •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Excellent attention to detail •Excellent interpersonal skills •Excellent written and oral communication “Taras Technology, LLC is an EEO/AA Employer: women, minorities, the disabled and veterans are encouraged to apply”
