Responsibilities
- Own the full customer relationship — from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Protect and grow an assigned territory of accounts by driving measurable value, deep platform adoption, and long-term partnerships
- Engage across the org chart — from CROs, CFOs, and CISOs to Revenue Ops, System Admins, and GTM leaders
- Balance commercial acumen with strategic guidance
- Use intelligent tooling to prioritize, personalize, and scale your work in ways that set you and your customers apart
