Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gozunga is a company providing cloud and hosted AI infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business by managing direct sales and developing partner/channel sales through VARs and System Integrators.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how our cloud and AI infrastructure solutions solve their problems
- Keep the CRM accurately updated with pipeline status, notes, and next steps
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with leadership to share customer feedback and market insights
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with VARs and System Integrators serving mid-size businesses
- Develop and manage a referral/reseller pipeline alongside direct sales efforts
- Coordinate with marketing on partner enablement materials (battlecards, co-branded content, training resources)
- Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline separately from direct deals
Skills
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or technical infrastructure
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Comfortable cold outreach, prospecting, and building pipeline from scratch
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Organized and detail-oriented — you track your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Experience building or managing a channel/partner sales motion (VARs, SIs, or MSPs) is highly valued
- Prior experience selling IaaS, dedicated servers, networking, or cloud hosting solutions
- Familiarity with hosted AI or on-premise AI infrastructure solutions
- Previous experience at a startup or small company
