[Remote] SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant

Largeton Group is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to gather and analyze business requirements for effective solutions. The role involves configuring various modules, supporting integrations, conducting testing, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions
• Configure Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0 modules, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP)
• Support integration with SAP Employee Central and third-party systems
• Conduct system testing, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and assist with solution deployment
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver efficient recruiting and onboarding processes
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials
• Ensure solutions align with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and business needs
• Maintain compliance with HR and onboarding regulations and standards
• Participate in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation project
