Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools
- Review submitted information for completeness, formatting, duplicate records, and basic consistency
- Organize digital files and maintain documentation according to internal process standards
- Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads
- Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality
