Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TOMRA is a leader in the circular economy and is expanding its team in the UK. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business in the North East England region, building relationships with customers, and supporting the rollout of TOMRA solutions as part of the upcoming UK Deposit Return Scheme.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new business development across your region—from first conversations through to signed agreements
- Build relationships with retailers and key stakeholders ahead of DRS implementation
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and identify where TOMRA can support
- Work closely with colleagues to shape proposals, pricing, and value cases
- Support pilot and trial projects as a pathway to long-term partnerships
- Plan and manage your own pipeline, turning opportunities into sustainable business
- Represent TOMRA in customer meetings and regional industry events
