Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ettika is a leading fashion jewelry and accessories brand sold through some of North America’s most recognized retailers. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to own and expand their largest department store and strategic retail partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of national wholesale accounts
- Build new business relationships
- Build strong relationships with buyers, planners, and merchants
- Lead seasonal line reviews and assortment presentations
- Identify opportunities for category expansion and new product launches
- Develop account-specific growth strategies
- Analyze weekly sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Partner with Operations and Inventory Planning to maximize sell-through while maintaining healthy inventory levels
- Grow replenishment and dropship programs where appropriate
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Development to support retailer initiatives
- Travel to customer meetings, trade shows, and retailer visits as needed
Skills
- 5+ years managing department store or national wholesale accounts
- Experience working directly with buyers at major retailers
- Strong understanding of wholesale planning, forecasting, replenishment, and retail math
- Experience leading seasonal assortment presentations and line reviews
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience within Jewelry, fashion, accessories, footwear, beauty, or consumer products
