About the Role

This is a weekend-shift, remote position scheduled on a 4/10s structure (four ten-hour shifts) from Friday through Monday. It’s ideal for professionals who prefer non-traditional schedules, value work-life balance, and want to maximize their weekday flexibility. As a Sales Chat Agent at careerzynith, you’ll engage with customers through online chat platforms and outbound phone calls, helping them navigate their shopping journey, answering product and brand questions, conducting warranty outreach, and identifying opportunities to upsell or add complementary products to their orders.

You’ll be working in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment where every conversation matters. Whether you’re assisting a first-time buyer or supporting a loyal repeat customer, your goal is to deliver an experience that is friendly, efficient, informative, and conversion-focused. The role requires confidence in written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving instincts, and a self-motivated attitude.
