NFP, an Aon company, is a recognized leader in Business Insurance and is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and client service support to the sales team. The role involves maintaining records, supporting proposal development, coordinating schedules, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations to enhance client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, quotes, and meeting materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including client details and pipeline activity
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up actions to ensure timely communication
- Track proposal deadlines, RFP requirements, and other time-sensitive deliverables
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Support client onboarding by preparing required documentation and coordinating internal hand-offs
- Collect and organize client information and documentation for proposals, renewals, and ongoing support
- Organize and maintain digital files, templates, and sales resources
- Prepare and distribute regular sales activity reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, client visits, and events
- Assist with expense reporting and travel coordination as needed
- Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, collateral, and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Client Services to support sales and client needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
Skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience
- Strong organizational skills
