In this role, you will manage project measurements and ensure every job is properly scoped for successful installation while collaborating across teams to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Project Evaluation: Work closely with Design Consultants to review details from in-home consultations
- Remote Project Screening: Assess whether projects are eligible for remote measurement services
- Visit Coordination: Partner with Project Manager Administrators to schedule on-site assessments when required
- Technical Support: Provide expertise on measurements, installation requirements, and product functionality to both homeowners and Design Consultants
- Documentation Timeliness: Submit completed technical measurement files within 24 hours
- Project Oversight: Track remote projects and prepare them for Senior Project Manager review
- Material Confirmation: Verify all products and materials needed for proper installation
- Reporting & Records: Prepare cut sheets and material lists, and document notes and photos using Field Service Lightning
