They are seeking a Remote Sales Representative to focus on outbound sales, engaging high-net-worth clients and managing leads to connect them with luxury real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
- Engaging high-net-worth individuals with multi-million-dollar homes
- Introducing them to Global Luxury Group’s network of luxury real estate professionals
- Managing warm leads
- Conducting consultative calls
- Qualifying prospects
- Scheduling appointments or introductions for partner agents
- Using multi-dialer systems and CRM tools to track outreach
- Following up consistently
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions
- Collaborating with the sales leadership team
- Adhering to performance metrics
- Contributing to revenue growth
- Delivering a high standard of professional service
Skills
- Strong outbound sales, cold/warm calling, and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience working with CRM platforms and multi-dialer or sales enablement tools, plus solid lead management and follow-up capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when working with confidential client information and premium properties
- Self-motivated and resilient, with strong time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting
- Comfort with technology, including video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom) and standard office productivity software
- Availability for full-time on-site work in Newport Beach, CA
- Background in real estate, luxury goods, financial services, or other high-value consultative sales environments is highly beneficial
- Prior experience in commission-based or high-earning roles is a plus
