[Remote] Remote Outbound Sales Representative

The Outbound Sales Representative will engage with potential customers through an automated phone system, verifying their eligibility and transferring qualified leads to sales specialists.

Responsibilities

• Work in an automated phone system that makes telephone calls to potential customers who respond to various ADT marketing and partner campaigns
• Engage with potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist
• Use focused verbal communication and pointed rebuttals to overcome objections
• Demonstrate empathy and update call status in the phone system
• Maintain availability to engage with potential customers and adhere to company compliance and quality standards

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Focused verbal communication

• High-speed internet with min 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed and access to internet solely by ethernet cord

• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities

• Sales experience preferred
• Over-the-phone call center experience preferred
