Responsibilities
- Own and lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including campaigns, events, ABM, content, and partnerships, continuously refining based on data
- Build and manage the GTM team, form strategic partnerships with key industry players, and champion the company's brand across all touchpoints
- Drive product marketing, develop case studies, and engage directly with senior prospects and partners, including RFP responses and complex proposals
- Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and content quality, while tracking key GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage and marketing-sourced revenue
Skills
- Ambitious, results-driven, and pragmatic with strong executive presence
- Experienced in building and leading early-stage or high-growth marketing teams
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and comfortable in ambiguity
- Strong business acumen, understanding pipeline and deal economics
- Proficient with AI tools and pushing their adoption

- Domain expertise in energy, utilities, climate, or real estate
