Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates, negotiate client fees, and close deals
- Operate remotely with no micromanagement, setting your own hours and work environment
- Utilize provided tools such as ATS (ZOHO Recruit), marketing resources, and support teams for business development
- Handle client and candidate communications, conduct meetings, and maintain professional representation as an independent agent
Skills
- Own a laptop, outbound phone line, and reliable internet
- Responsible for sourcing clients and candidates, with costs such as software or marketing materials available upon request
- Pay a monthly subscription fee for platform access and support tools
- After six months, incorporate your business and obtain E&O insurance; CA and NY residents must start with a corporation
- Represent yourself as an independent agent, with all marketing pre-approved
