[Remote] Remote Financial Planning Associate

Growth Suite Consulting is seeking a Financial Planning Associate to support client-facing financial planning and scenario development in a remote environment. This role focuses on managing client communications, preparing planning scenarios, and analyzing financial data to provide actionable recommendations for advisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage client emails and maintain timely, professional communication
• Prepare and build out planning scenarios and package them for advisor review and presentation
• Pace in advisors on scenario development and planning recommendations
• Support financial strategies by analyzing how modeling impacts tax brackets now and in retirement

Skills

• Detail-oriented professional with a strong planning mindset
• Technical modeling experience
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations and opportunities for advisors
• Manage client emails and maintain timely, professional communication
• Prepare and build out planning scenarios and package them for advisor review and presentation
• Pace in advisors on scenario development and planning recommendations
• Support financial strategies by analyzing how modeling impacts tax brackets now and in retirement
• Strong growth mindset and desire to expand technical planning capabilities
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and its impact on tax strategy, retirement planning, and long-term client outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support advisors in a remote, fast-moving environment
• Investment knowledge for planning and client communication
• CFP designation, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• 3-5 years of experience with Northwestern Mutual or comparable experience
