This role involves responding to inquiries, guiding users, resolving technical issues, and improving customer satisfaction for the expo's digital tools and services.
Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Guiding users through registration and platform access
- Resolving basic technical issues related to the expo’s digital tools and services
- Document and track support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collecting feedback
- Identifying common challenges
- Sharing insights to improve the overall digital experience of participants
Skills
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for communicating clearly, empathetically, and professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support, including troubleshooting user access and simple platform issues
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, identify patterns in inquiries, and suggest improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfort working remotely with good time management, self-organization, and reliability
- Prior experience in online events, tech support, or customer service
- Familiarity with help desk tools, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms
