Digital Monitoring Products is a family-owned company that has been designing and manufacturing innovative electronic security solutions since 1975. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast to lead strategic sales initiatives, grow revenue, and strengthen their dealer and distributor network across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue goals
- Build, manage and grow relationships with dealers and channel partners
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new partners to expand market coverage
- Generate and close new business opportunities while supporting partners throughout the sales cycle
- Grow business within the existing customer base by promoting system upgrades, expansions, and new technology solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations and sales training
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records
- Gather competitive market intelligence and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- The ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and close complex sales
- Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales forecasting
- Self-motivation, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the electronic security, access control, video surveillance, fire, or smart technology industry is highly preferred
