Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Triple A - Risk Finance is a company focused on providing risk finance services. They are seeking a Recruiter/Services Support Specialist to manage recruitment and onboarding processes for Role Players for training exercises.
Responsibilities
- Review applications, conduct interviews and prioritize highly qualified candidates
- Issue contracts, I-9 Citizenship Forms, and Invoice Templates to approved candidates
- Answer phone calls via the Company’s corporate directory for RP recruitment
- Populate the project database utilizing the Company’s secure SharePoint
- Organize documents in proper locations
- You may also be required to perform other duties, in addition to those set forth above, that are reasonably related to your expertise and skills
Skills
- Provide administrative services related to the recruitment and onboarding of Role Players for training exercises

- Complete invoices after the project is complete
