We are seeking dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who are passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care for adult and older populations. This is a fully remote opportunity to deliver outpatient psychiatric services through a telehealth model that prioritizes continuity of care, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships.
This position supports a New York–based outpatient clinic, and providers must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones with the ability to align to Eastern Time working hours. We are primarily seeking full-time clinicians who are looking to build a stable, long-term outpatient practice within a growing, mission-driven organization.

Requirements
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management via telehealth
Treat a diverse adult and geriatric patient population with varying psychiatric conditions
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans tailored to patient needs
Prescribe and adjust medications with careful monitoring and follow-up
Maintain continuity of care through consistent patient engagement
Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure coordinated outpatient care
Document encounters accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication plans
Qualifications
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active and unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
Ability to work full-time aligned with Eastern Time clinic hours
Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations
Prior outpatient or telehealth experience is a plus
Comfort managing a steady outpatient caseload independently
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a virtual setting
Proficiency with telehealth technology and EMR systems
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
