Chenhall's Staffing is seeking a Program Manager IV for the Federal Real Property & Facilities Portfolio under the National Park Service. This senior role involves managing a nationwide portfolio of government-owned and concession-occupied real properties, overseeing operational and modernization efforts in a dual-track delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact with NPS CSAM leadership and the COR
- Oversee a portfolio of government-owned and concession-occupied properties across a geographically distributed footprint, similar to a regional or national real property/facilities portfolio manager role
- Manage integrated task tracking, scheduling, milestone management, and dependency coordination across both operational and modernization workstreams
- Produce monthly reporting aligned to operational and modernization metrics
- Build and maintain a transparent work-tracking system with full task-level visibility (assignment, start, completion, status)
- Establish and execute the communication plan between contractor staff and the government client
- Coordinate park- and regional-level activity across a geographically distributed team
Skills
- Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree, plus 10+ years of program or project management experience, with meaningful federal government contract exposure
- Direct experience managing a real property, facilities, or leased-asset portfolio — government-owned or government-leased properties strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous operational and transformation workstreams — not sequential
- Deliverable-based contract management experience; familiarity with IDIQ/task order structure
- Experience developing and maintaining COR-facing reporting and work visibility tools
- U.S. citizenship required
- Government property or lease portfolio management experience — GSA, NAVFAC, Army Corps of Engineers, or similar federal real property programs
- Prior NPS, DOI, or Interior bureau program experience
- Background in concession contract management, leasehold administration, or federal facility oversight
- PMP certification or equivalent
