Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent, empathetic, and tech‑savvy Remote Part‑Time Chat Moderator to serve as the frontline guardian of our Discord community. - User Discipline: Issue warnings, mute offenders, and enforce temporary or permanent bans for repeated violations, following a clear escalation protocol.
- Report Investigation: Analyze user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and determine appropriate actions while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Community Engagement: Welcome new members, answer basic questions about server rules, and encourage positive interaction to strengthen community bonds.
- Policy Development Support: Provide feedback on existing guidelines and suggest improvements based on observed trends and emerging challenges.
