They are seeking an AI Growth & Outbound Sales Representative to help scale their AI-powered B2B platform by identifying prospects, building campaigns, and optimizing sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value B2B prospects using AI-powered research tools
- Build outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
- Book qualified meetings and product demos
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales activities
- Work closely with the founders, marketing, and product teams to optimize messaging and growth strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve outbound processes
- Contribute new ideas for AI-driven sales automation and growth experiments
Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SDR, or Growth
- Comfortable with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Passionate about AI and willing to leverage AI tools to work smarter
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with: ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
