The sales model is a one-call close, meaning every call should result in a booked session and deposit. Top performers are expected to book 30+ sessions per week. Responsibilities
• Book the studio calendar from a steady flow of warm leads
• Achieve a one-call close, securing a booked session and deposit on the first call
• Handle warm leads, real objections, and voicemails in real time
• Follow a script and be open to coaching
Requirements
• 3+ years of phone sales experience with weekly or monthly quotas
• Recent experience with high-volume outbound dialing (100+ dials per day)
• Proven one-call closing ability
• A track record in numbers: close rates, show rates, bookings per week
• A warm, confident phone voice that holds up at call 80 when call 30 was a tough one
• Comfort following a script and being coached
• Reliable home office: hard-wired internet with backup, dedicated workspace, corded headset, dual monitors
