Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CUES is a membership-based association focused on developing leaders in the financial services industry. They are seeking an Organizational Development Instructional Design Specialist to contribute to Learning & Development, Content Creation, and Training while managing multiple projects and fostering relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in Learning & Development, Content Creation, Instructional Design, Program & Project Coordination, Communications, Facilitation, Training and Content delivery
- Create content for defined audiences that can be adapted as necessary to meet the needs of other adult learners
- Manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously while also coordinating and facilitating a single workshop
- Hold relationships with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members simultaneously
Skills
- Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering professional development or leadership training programs
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Self-starter who thrives without a script
- Capacity for holding complexity while maintaining clarity
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously while also coordinating and facilitating a single workshop
- Thoughtful learning architect who creates content for defined audiences
- Ability to hold relationships with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members
- Curiosity about Organizational Development, leadership, human behavior, and systems
- Ability to actively seek feedback and incorporate it without ego
