They are seeking a sharp intern to help manage their growing athlete community, focusing on communication and relationship building with athlete ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates
- Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
- Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program
- Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
- Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving
- Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly
Skills
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates
- Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
- Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture
