Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves coaching and mentoring the team, developing sales skills, and managing the sales process to engage potential customers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region
- Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions
- Creates product, sales, and business function training programs
- Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations
- Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff
- Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management
- Manages budget
- Provides support to marketing and sales programs
Skills
- Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role selling software
- 2-3 years of SaaS/Technology business development sales experience
- Experience mentoring or leading other SDRs
- Outstanding writing skills and a friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style
- Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication
- Ability to learn technology and translate that into value for prospects
- Curiosity, insightfulness, and perceptiveness

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
