Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Summit Wash Holdings is a premier group of car wash brands growing throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast regions. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Support Specialist to support their marketing team and fleet account program, focusing on operational excellence and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain SKUs, promotional codes, and marketing-related system entries
- Set up and manage Google Business Profiles for new and existing locations
- Monitor and assist with online reputation management, including review tracking and response coordination
- Perform routine website updates, including content changes, promotions, location information, and basic page edits
- Assist with marketing project coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across marketing platforms and systems
- Support new location openings, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed
- Assist with the onboarding and setup of fleet accounts, including:
- Lead Intake:
- Receive and organize incoming fleet inquiries
- Ensure lead information is complete and properly documented
- Discovery:
- Gather client information and identify account needs
- Coordinate communication between prospective clients and internal stakeholders
- Agreement & Documentation:
- Prepare account agreements and required onboarding documents
- Track completion and receipt of signed paperwork
- Account Setup:
- Create and configure fleet accounts within company systems
- Verify account details and billing information
- Internal Readiness:
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, accounting, and other departments to ensure account readiness
- Communicate launch timelines and requirements
- Client Launch:
- Assist with account activation and client onboarding
- Ensure clients receive necessary information and resources for a successful launch
