They are seeking a Manager for Tech Support Engineering to oversee the developer journey, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and growth of enterprise developers using their API.
Responsibilities
- Own the developer journey from first API call to production deployment, and stay connected through every milestone along the way
- Run technical onboarding for enterprise developers and engineering teams, covering setup, authentication, the first integration, and the path to a live deployment
- Spot roadblocks early, whether authentication friction, rate limits, integration gaps, or unclear docs, and clear them before they stall a project
- Be a go-to expert on Napster's API: its capabilities, limitations, authentication flows, rate limits, and the use case patterns that work
- Build reference integrations and sample applications that map to what your developers are actually trying to ship
- Drive adoption and time to value across your portfolio of developers and accounts, from first call to scaled production usage
- Track account health and usage signals, step in proactively when an integration stalls or usage drops, and keep projects moving toward go-live
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships on technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and the commercial milestones tied to them
- Identify expansion opportunities as developers grow, surfacing new use cases and additional teams that could build on Napster
- Stay close to renewal timelines and the technical health of each deployment to reduce churn risk
- Be the technical success partner for enterprise developers and ISVs building on Napster within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Work alongside the Business Development team to take Microsoft channel partners and ISVs from technical onboarding through to production
- Stay current on Microsoft platform releases and roadmap changes that affect live and in-progress Napster integrations
- Be the voice of your developers inside Napster, carrying their friction points and feature requests to Product and Engineering
- Turn recurring blockers and feedback into clear, prioritized input that shapes the API, SDKs, and tooling
- Partner with Support and Engineering to drive fast resolution when developers hit technical issues
- Track sentiment and common friction points across your accounts, and share what you learn with the teams that can act on it
Skills
- 6+ years in Developer Success, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a comparable technical post-sale role working with developers
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling, enough to read code, debug an integration, and hold a credible conversation with engineers
- A track record of taking technical customers from onboarding through to production, ideally with enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with the Microsoft developer ecosystem (Azure, GitHub, Copilot Extensions, or Azure AI Foundry) a strong plus
- Comfortable owning commercial outcomes like adoption, retention, and expansion alongside technical ones
- Strong communicator who can run a working session with an enterprise architect and a check-in with a commercial stakeholder in the same day
- Genuine curiosity about AI, video, and the future of how enterprises work with agents
- Experience at or working closely with an AI infrastructure or AI agent company
- Background in technical account management or solutions engineering for an API-first or developer platform product
- Existing relationships within Microsoft's ISV or partner network
- Familiarity with media processing pipelines or agentic workflow tooling
