They are seeking an SDR / M&A Analyst to engage with business owners and investors, identify acquisition targets, and contribute to client-facing materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach — phone and email — to business owners and executives at companies doing tens of millions in revenue
- Identify and qualify acquisition targets based on each client's investment criteria
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners who are considering a sale
- Work with our advisory team to develop industry knowledge quickly and translate it into intelligent conversations with prospects
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline data and detailed notes
- Conduct industry research and contribute to client-facing reports and materials
