Role Overview – Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist

careerzynith is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales and service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers who engage with us via live chat on our website and partner platforms. You will guide them through product information, answer inquiries, and ultimately help close sales by recommending the right container solutions for their unique needs.

This is a 100 % remote position, open to candidates worldwide, with a fixed schedule of Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm EST.
