They are seeking a dynamic business development leader to drive growth through advanced modular solutions across various industries. The successful candidate will lead business development strategies and strengthen strategic partnerships to enhance KeyPlants' market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and multi-year business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Establish sales targets, pipeline goals, and revenue forecasts for KeyPlants products and services
- Drive achievement of aggressive growth and market expansion objectives
- Lead business development reviews, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
- Serve as a trusted advisor and executive point of contact for clients and industry stakeholders
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within existing and new markets
- Develop strategic account plans and client engagement strategies
- Lead negotiations and successfully close business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs and RFQs
- Develop and manage relationships with EPC firms, general contractors, OEMs, engineering firms, and other channel partners
- Support Negotiations and framework agreements, strategic alliances, and partnership arrangements
- Expand collaboration opportunities across the broader Masco Group of Companies
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that enhance KeyPlants' market position
- Identify emerging industry trends, client needs, and new market opportunities
- Evaluate opportunities beyond the life sciences sector where modular solutions provide competitive advantages
- Increase awareness of KeyPlants' products, capabilities, and project delivery expertise
- Support development of thought leadership content, project case studies, white papers, videos, and marketing materials
- Represent KeyPlants at industry conferences, trade shows, association events, and client forums
- Lead North America CRM strategies and business development processes
- Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking
- Drive continuous improvement of sales and business development systems and workflows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive business development, sales, or strategic account management experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, engineering, construction, EPC, or capital project environments
- Demonstrated success developing and closing complex, high-value opportunities
- Strong network within the life sciences and industrial project delivery ecosystem
- Experience leading negotiations, partnership development, and executive-level client engagement
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel throughout North America as required. Travel could be extensive at times
- Experience working with EPC firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech organizations, or advanced manufacturing clients
- Experience with modular construction, industrialized construction, or off-site manufacturing solutions
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales performance analytics
