This role supports an experienced Loan Officer by managing the front end of the loan process and transitioning into pipeline communication management once the file is submitted to processing/underwriting.
Responsibilities
- Handling the front end of the loan process (applications, credit, AUS findings, disclosures, and pre-approval setup)
- Transitioning into pipeline communication management once the file is submitted to processing/underwriting
Skills
- Experience in handling the front end of the loan process (applications, credit, AUS findings, disclosures, and pre-approval setup)
- Ability to manage pipeline communication once the file is submitted to processing/underwriting
- Availability for evenings/weekends for time-sensitive pre-approvals and active transactions
