They are seeking a Recruitment Account Executive to help local businesses find talent and grow their brands through recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Prospecting through phone calls, email, and warm leads
- Learning clients' hiring and marketing needs through consultative conversations
- Recommending recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions
- Growing accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-selling
- Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Meeting monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding client experience
Skills
- A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset and desire to learn
- Confidence talking with people over the phone
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- CRM experience is a bonus
